By his leadership of the sales, marketing, operations, finance and support teams, Beneplace has seen unprecedented growth since he came on board in 2012. Rusty’s commitment to enhancing employee loyalty and quality of life is infectious, and it is now the core focus of our organization. Prior to Beneplace, Rusty served in executive leadership positions with LGI and Patton Medical Devices and holds a degree from the Virginia Military Institute.

As the principle architect of the Beneplace business model, Michael is responsible for identifying, validating and managing areas of strategic growth. Michael first conceived of the Beneplace platform in response to a specific client need for a marketing and insurance delivery mechanism. The potential application of this platform for other clients was exactly the innovation that made Beneplace the market leader in voluntary benefits plan management services. Prior to joining Beneplace in 2002, Michael served in leadership positions with organizations such as MetLife and ProAct Technologies.

Rick has been a part of the Beneplace team for 13 years and is responsible for the development and management of relationships with large employers in the U.S. and abroad. With over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry, Rick brings an impressive level of knowledge and insurance acumen to every consultation. As a frequent speaker on group voluntary benefits at HR conferences, Rick is well-known in the industry as a voluntary benefits expert. Prior to joining the Beneplace team in 2002, Rick held leadership positions with MetLife, Allmerica and AIG.

Corby joined the Beneplace team 10 years ago and has been a key contributor to the organization’s growth. With expertise in energy, healthcare and manufacture industries, Corby has been a leader in developing the Beneplace strategy of identifying unique voluntary benefits solutions for our client’s specific issues. Prior to joining the Beneplace team in 2005, Corby worked in the financial industry as a Commercial Loan Officer while working towards his MBA. Corby still has roots in this sector as he serves as a board member for Brenham National Bank.
