This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when (i) you access or use our general audience website www.beneplace.com (including related webpages) (our “Website”) or (ii) you, as an Authorized User, access or use the Beneplace Services (our Website and our Beneplace Services are sometimes referred to, collectively, as our “Offerings”), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information. Any capitalized term used herein but not defined will have the defined meaning given to such term in our Terms of Use.

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect:

      • On or through the Offerings.
      • In email, text and other electronic messages between you and us/our Offerings.

It does not apply to information collected by:

      • us offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by Company; or
      • any third party (including any Sponsor or Vendor), including through any third party website, application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from the Offerings. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use our Offerings. By accessing or using our Offerings, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy may change from time to time (see Section 10 (Changes to our Privacy Policy) below).

2. Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It

We collect several types of information from and about users when they access and use our Offerings, including information:

      • by which you may be personally identified, such as name, email address and telephone number (“personal information”);
      • that is about you but individually does not identify you, such as your interactions with our Offerings and Vendors; and/or
      • about the equipment you use to access our Offerings and usage details.

      • Information that you provide by filling in forms on or through our Offerings. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our Offerings, subscribing to receive email, text or other electronic messages from us relating to contests or promotions sponsored by us, requesting further services from us, recommending new Vendors to us, or reporting problems to us regarding our Offerings.
      • Records and copies of your communications (including email addresses) with us.
      • Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes.

Please note that any suggestions, feedback or other information that you provide to us relating to our business, the Offerings or our other products, services and offerings is provided to us on a non-confidential and unrestricted basis.

b. Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies. As you interact with or otherwise use our Offerings, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns, including details of your interactions with our Offerings (including traffic data, logs and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Offerings).

In particular, we use Google Analytics (a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc.). Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as URLs, Internet domain and host names, browser software, and the date and time that a webpage is visited. This information is used to monitor the effectiveness of the Offerings and to consider potential improvements to the Offerings. The information collected is non-personal information and is transmitted to and stored by Google on its servers. 3. How We Use Your Information

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction. Without limitation of the foregoing, we may disclose aggregated information regarding the use of our Offerings by a particular group(s) of Authorized Users to the Sponsor(s) of such group(s), to Vendors and other third parties without restriction, as long as such information does not include your personal information.

We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this Privacy Policy:

      • To our subsidiaries and affiliates.
      • To contractors, service providers and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by applicable law and/or contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
      • To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some or all of Company’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by Company about our users of our Offerings is among the assets transferred.
      • To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.
      • For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.
      • With your consent.

We may also disclose your personal information:

      • To comply with any court order, law or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:

      • Tracking Technologies. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of the Offerings may then be in accessible or not function properly
      • Promotional Offers from the Company. If you do not wish to have your email address/contact information used by the Company to promote our own or third parties’ products, services or other offerings, you can opt-out by (i) following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the communication sent by us or (ii) sending us an email stating your request to info@beneplace.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days from the date you contact us. Please note that this opt-out does not apply to information provided to the Company as a result of a product service experience or other transaction

6. Accessing and Correcting Your Information

You can request that we correct or delete your personal information by sending us an email at info@beneplace.com. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or cause the information to be incorrect. We will respond to your request within 30 days from the date you contact us.

7. Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. We will comply with our obligations (including any disclosure and notice obligations) under applicable U.S. law relating any breach of the security, confidentiality or integrity of your personal information.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure and no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to or stored by us, and we are not responsible for the circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures with respect to our Offerings or systems.

8. Children Under the Age of 13

Our Offerings are not intended for, or directed to, children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information to the Offerings or on or through any of its features, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address or any screen name or user name you may use. The Offerings may contain links to other sites, resources and information provided by Vendors and other third parties (collectively, “Third Party Sites”), including links (such as advertisements) to Third Party Sites embedded or otherwise contained on co-branded Vendor pages contained in the Offerings. Links to these Third Party Sites are provided solely as a convenience to you, and the Third Party Sites are not a part of the Offerings. Beneplace does not operate, own or control the Third Party Sites. You acknowledge and agree that your access to and use of the Third Party Sites is subject solely to the applicable terms and conditions of use (including, without limitation, privacy policies), if any, of the Third Party Sites. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to your access to or use of Third Party Sites. If you decide to access or use any Third Party Sites, you should review the privacy policies (if any) of the Third Party Sites to understand their policies regarding the collection and use of information about you.

10. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our Privacy Policy on this page with a notice that the Privacy Policy has been updated on the Website home page and/or the applicable Product log-in page.
