What we heard was shocking but also informative.

- Any idea of how much time benefits get during a new hire’s orientation period?
- What are best practices for onboarding new hires? What can we be doing to make it a great experience?
- How can we build a relationship with an employee early and quickly? We worked so hard to recruit and hire them, and we want them to stay!
